How do I request a refund?

All payments in Alien Creeps TD are processed through Google Play, Apple or Amazon (depending on your device).

If you would like a refund for an in-app purchase, we would first recommend contacting the Store in the first instance.

For iOS (Apple) devices: 

All refunds need to be processed through Apple. Please follow these steps to begin the refund process:

- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com

- Sign into your iTunes account

- Scroll through the list until you find the purchases from Alien Creeps TD

- Click "Report A Problem"

- Choose a problem from the drop-down list, and provide any information you can with regards to the purchase

- Click "Submit"

For Android (Google Play) devices:

For FireOS (Amazon) devices:

All refunds need to be processed through Amazon. Follow these steps to begin the refund process with Amazon:

- Visit https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html?skip=true

- Tap on "Digital Services"

- From the drop-down list, select "Appstore Games and Apps"

- From the 2nd drop-down list, select "Unable to download app or in-app purchase"

- You will have the option to connect with Amazon Support via email or phone
